The "Other Cost (Lump Sum)" option will allow you to add a last minute fee at
print time. This can be used for things like Shipping and CD Burning fees. This is
only applied to the report if you select the "Include" option.
This can also be useful when billing equipment in an FM environment. You could
use this field to enter your customers monthly Base Contract charge.
The description can also be changed to your liking. This will be reflected on your
report.
