You can find Scan To File records just like you find your print jobs. These
records show up in the Grid like standard print records. They can be sorted out
by selecting the "MediaType" column header and finding the records that say
"Scan".
You can also sort by "JobType" and filter out which scan jobs were scanned to
an FTP location. If the JobType says "SCAN" this means the file was scanned to
a MailBox on the Controllers Hard Drive.
You can also sort by "UniqueID" and find items based on MailBox name or file
name.
