Plot Tracker Pro (PTP) has three printing modes. Print to File, Preview and Print.
PTP does not directly print or view invoices or reports but sends them to your
Rich Text File (RTF) editor program. Microsoft WORD is typically the default RTF
editor. MS WORD is recommended whenever possible.
Select your "Customer" from the list on the left. Then select the "Template" you'd
like to use. Change any Cost amounts needed and select one of the following...
If you select "Print To File" a file name is automatically generated but can be
changed to your liking. The file is created in the location you select in the
"Setting" menu.
If you select "Preview" a temporary file is created and opened for your viewing.
If you select "Print" the program will attempt to print the invoice or report
automatically to your default printer.
