Customize Report Templates

The actual printing of the Invoice or Report is done using your default RTF editor program. MS Word is recommended. However, there are many free / shareware programs on the internet that read RTF files. Almost all versions of Microsoft Windows come with a free RTF editor program called WordPad.

The templates look something like this...

You can move and delete various tags and text in your RTF template. If you don't want a customer to see the "Handling Fee" being applied to their print jobs you can simply delete the line that says "Handling Fee.....". Even though it's not displayed on the report it will still be added into the total.

It is recommended that you make a copy of a template before attempting to customize it.

This is the current list of TAGs that can be used on reports.

The "Invoice - Full" template is a good example of various tags in action. It is recommended you open this file and study it before attempting to create your own. Make sure you Save As before you start to modify the template so the original isn't lost.
