Plot Tracker Pro has the ability to Group Like Records when generating reports
or invoices. This can be very useful when there are hundreds or thousands of
print records in a report. This option can be activated from the Print Screen. The
default templates for Group Invoices have been modified to not show values
which don't apply on a Grouped report.
You have the option to Group By one of the following values "User" "Job Name" or "Description"
When Grouping Like Records(Rows) all matching print records are added up and shown as a
single line on your report.
Example:
NOT Grouped.... every print job shows as it's own line.
Grouped By Job Name...
Notice the matching Job Names are added together and shown as a single line item. All printing,
scanning and copies are added up to generate the Grouped line values.
